and condition of the property. A typical single-family home
(2,000-3,000 sq ft) usually takes about 2-3 hours. Larger homes or
homes with multiple issues may take longer.

You'll receive your detailed digital inspection report within 24
hours of the inspection. The report includes photos, descriptions,
and recommendations for all findings. You can view it on any device
and easily share it with family members, lenders, or attorneys.
If we find significant issues, you'll know about them immediately.
The report will categorize findings by severity and provide repair
recommendations. You can then:
Negotiate repairs or price reductions with the seller
Request the seller provide credits at closing
Decide if the issues are deal-breakers
Get contractor quotes for comparison
We do our best to accommodate urgent requests. While same-day
inspections aren't always possible, we often have availability
within 1-2 days. Contact us as early as possible and we'll work to
meet your timeline.
Our inspection fees are based on the size and type of property:
Basic Home Inspection: Starting at $425
Premium Package: $650 (includes radon &
termite)
Ultimate Package: $850 (includes sewer scope)
Additional add-on services like radon testing ($150), sewer scope
($200), and termite inspection ($75) are available. We'll provide an
exact quote when you book based on your specific property.
